Welcome

Our centre is part of Cats Protection's leading feline welfare charity.  We are one of a network of 29 adoption centres and over 260 volunteer run branches covering the UK.

We rescue and rehome stray and unwanted cats in the Central Scotland area. We are based at the Marion Hunter Memorial Shelter which is situated in Fishcross on the A908 between Alloa and Tillicoultry.

Our centre is open to the public Saturdays 2pm to 4pm, and Sundays 11am to 2pm. We invite you to visit us during these hours (no appointment needed) to view the cats in our care ready for homing, or pick up a bargain in our charity shop.

Golden Oldies

Cats can live healthy and active lives until over 20 years. Older cats are usually much more sensible than kittens or younger cats. They require less supervision than their younger counterparts and are often content to just watch the world go by. They enjoy being made a fuss over more than younger cats.

AprilCan you give April a home?

April is a beautiful friendly lady who is looking for a special owner. April has been waiting for her forever home for a while now, although she does have some health issues the shelter would pay for vet care.

For details of more cats and kittens in our care desperately looking for homes, please visit our Home A Cat section.
